THE RECIPE


SHAMROCK PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients for 12oz. Shake:
4 oz of milk of choice
2 oz of sliced banana
1 handful of spinach
¼ tsp of peppermint extract
¼ tsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
½ scoop of ice

Add ingredients to blender, blend until creamy. Pour into your cup or travel mug and enjoy!

  • Choose your favorite protein powder brand, but don’t forget to read the nutrition facts label and check for added sugar.
  • Want your protein shake to have a creamier consistency? Add yogurt or avocado.
  • Trim calories by replacing the milk with water.
