In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students will learn the foundations of BJJ working on basic techniques and advance in technique and focus. Level 1 includes Takedowns, self-defense techniques, Position Controls, Position Escapes and Submissions for 50 mins. In Level 2, students will master the fundamental techniques and sequences, learning Takedowns, Submissions, Submission Escapes, Combo Attacks, Combo Escapes and BJJ technique drills for 80 mins. The program peaks at Level 3, where students can focus on more advanced techniques and sequences. This program includes Combination Takedowns, Takedown Counters, Live Takedowns, transition techniques, High Level Attacks & Escapes, High Level Counters & Submissions and specific BJJ games for 80 mins.

Collectively, our instructors represent 160+ years of training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. For these masters and their students, BJJ is not solely a martial art—it is a sport; a proven method of self-defense; it promotes physical fitness, and is ultimately a way of life.
